So I was thinking... F#!K the gym... We are almost through the first month of the new year. That means some of us are still going strong with our New Year's resolutions and some of us (cough cough - me) have dropped off that wagon. I was thinking that there must be an easier way to be a better me ... without committing to going to the gym 3-5 times a week ... just eating salads and low carb diets, etc.   I ran across an article that said when you plateau on coffee sometimes you can stunt your metabolism... and replacing coffee with green tea or green tea blends can dramatically increase your metabolism. One specific source study showed that drinking 5 cups of green tea per day can increase your energy expenditure by 90 calories.       With so much annoyance at the pressure to go to the gym, I decided to try this out.
